Steps to Access or Create Your ShelbyNext Account

1. Visit the Login Page
Navigate to saintjames.shelbynextchms.com.

2. If you have not already created a Username and Password, click the SIGN UP link. Otherwise, proceed to login using your Username and Password.

3. Enter Your Email Address
Input the email address that the church has on file for you.

4. Receive Login Credentials
Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a message from noreply@shelbynextchms.com. This email will contain:
• Your username (often formatted as Firstname.Lastname)
• A temporary password
• A link to the login page

5. Log In to Your Account
Return to the login page and enter your username and the temporary password provided.

6. Change Your Password
After logging in, it’s recommended to change your password:
• Click on your initials or profile picture in the top-right corner.
• Select “View Profile”.
• Navigate to the “Account” section.
• Enter your new password, confirm it, and click “Save”.
